had a great discussion about "Now, Discover Your
Strengths".
Our next book will be a book that we had in our list of future books to
read for a while and got great reviews. The book is: "The
Innovator's
Solution: Creating and Sustaining Successful Growth" by Clayton M.
Christensen,
Michael E. Raynor. It has been in the Wall Street Journal Best
Seller
list for months and is a very well rated book at Amazon.com. See

As
you know, the objective of this book club is to create an opportunity
for
Kellogg Alumni to meet regularly and exchange ideas about business
books.
The typical Kellogg alum enjoys a good book and a great group
discussion,
and this is an opportunity for both on a regular basis: every two
months.
It also keeps us updated on what is new in business thought
leadership.
All Kellogg Alumni are welcome to attend our meetings. Feel free
to invite your Kellogg friends. We are also considering starting
our Kellogg Alumni Movie Night in the months that we do not meet to
discuss
a book, and we will talk about that in our next meeting.
Following
the movie, the group will be encouraged to go out for a joint
drinks/food
to allow people to discuss the movie and get to know others in the
group
better.
